I assume that you guys are familiar with the monthly art exchanges over at livejournal. If you're not, it's basically where you sign up to get a picture of one of your characters and in return you draw someone else's character. You have a month to complete the artwork so it won't become a trade that sits on your to-do list forever.

Well, I'm currently running an exchange myself but it needs more members. Our livejournal account is here: fantasy_xchange (also known as FAX). We accept all original fantasy creatures be they mythological, sci-fi, or even a species of your own creation.

The June exchange is currently open to new members. If you're new to the club, just click here to become a member (you can also click the "join this community" link at the top of the page). Membership is free to everyone and artists of all skill levels are accepted.

Hey everyone. If you like those monthly exchange things, could you please check out my new livejournal community?
It's called fantasy-xchange and it's open to all fantasy artists of any skill level. If you're not sure what I'm talking about, it's basically where you draw something fantasy-related for another artist and they draw you something in return. You only have one month to complete the artwork so you don't have to worry about trades that go on forever or having something that just floats there on your to-do list _{mocking you}.

The best part is that I'm the moderator. Okay, it might not be the best part .... but at least you know OF me, right? Right? 0.o

Now, you DO have to have a livejournal account to join, but it really isn't hard. It's not like a basic account costs anything, and I don't care if you use the account only for this exchange. I guess you could consider it the continuation of the exchange that I used to hold over at ~Anthro-Fantasy-club but it's A LOT easier for me to maintain. At least LJ has club accounts. XD
