Kiriban picture for ~Nimdi-Nilin. It's her character who represents spring and..... some random bird thing. It's robin-based, but it's not a robin. :/

I've been working on this all weekend. I finished tweaking the sketch on Friday, and I've been coloring it all Saturday/Sunday. The original is much more vivid than the one here just to let you know. I think I need to get another scanner: the one I have now always dims my colors and ruins my contrast. D'oh! >.<

Anyway, I decided to use a piece of really heavy-duty cardstock for this one. The original color of it is more of a brownish/reddish/purpleish color. I was pretty scared to use the thing at first (it was textured, it was a dark color) but it seemed to have worked out fine. The character's colors match it pretty well if I do say so myself. XD
